Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of zedima.rw (the "Service"), operated by Zedima ("Zedima", "we", "us") from Kigali, Rwanda. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Purchases you make are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• You must be able to enter into a binding contract under Rwandan law to use the Service.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or are used fraudulently.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including probing, scanning, or overwhelming our infrastructure.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Product information, pricing, and imagery are provided by Zedima and its suppliers on a best-effort basis and may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to cancel orders placed against them, with a full refund of any amount already charged.

The Zedima name, logo, and the Service's design, text, and software are owned by Zedima or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is". While we work to keep it accurate, available, and secure, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Zedima disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service.

To the extent permitted by Rwandan law, Zedima's liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
